Each vacuum component is uniquely identified via ID and QR code, which you can print out via the VSM and attach to your vacuum equipment.
Instant overview of the most important data
With the mobile app (Android, iOS), the QR code can be scanned by smartphones or tablets, providing an instant overview of the most important data (e.g. part number, operating instructions or service tickets).
Create a service ticket directly in the mobile app
Of course, you can also create a service ticket directly from the mobile app and, if necessary, take pictures or attach other relevant documents to the ticket.
